1. How to create an account?

  • Click on "sign in" on the top right corner and select "Create an Account".
  • Enter all the details asked in the form.
  • Check the 3 boxes at bottom of the form and click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.

2. How to search for a product?

  • Type the name of the product that you want to search in search box.
  • Click Search button after writing product name.
  • ou will get your desired product.

3. How to place an order?

  • Click on the product you wish to buy.
  • Click on 'Add to Cart' button visible on the right hand side of the product.
  • Click on 'Continue Shopping' if you wish to continue or click on 'View Cart' to prepare for Check Out.
  • Check all the details on your cart & click on 'Check Out'.
  • Now sign in with your user name & password for (imaxxe.com) account. If you do not have a Ubuy account, you need to create an account.
  • Fill all the details asked in the form for address & click 'Continue'.
  • Check your final payment & click 'Continue'.
  • Enter your card details & submit.

4. How do I track my order?

  • As soon as you place an order with IMAXXE TECH, you would get a confirmation email from us with a link to track your order. You can get all details about the status of your shipment by clicking on the link.
  • You can also track you order by visiting our website and clicking on the "track your order" link under 'information' at the bottom of the page.

5. When will I receive a confirmation after I make the order?

  • You will receive a confirmation mail immediately after placing your order with a link to track your shipment.

6. Will I receive a soft copy of the order invoice to my email ID?

  • Yes. You will receive a soft copy of your order invoice to the email ID provided by you at the time of registration.

7. What is estimated time of delivery for the "Order from (imaxxe.com)" products?

  •  The products will be delivered within 5 to 9 business days.
  • Note: All the shipments are subjected to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.

8. What are the shipping charges?

  • Depending on the product weight/price/dimensions, the charges will vary.

9. Do you have cash on delivery option for 'Order from (imaxxe.com)'?

  • As the products are shipped within UAE, we have cash on delivery option for "Order from Max Optic (imaxxe.com)".
  • You would have to pay online with the transaction methods acceptable in your country. (Refer FAQs for information on payment methods)

10. Are the 'Order from (imaxxe.com)' products authentic and coming from IMAXXE TECH?

  • The products are completely authentic and shipped directly from Max Optic (imaxxe.com) to our valuable customers.

11. How do I cancel my order?

  • Once you have made your order and want to cancel, please get in touch with our customer service team or email to info@imaxxe.com for further details.
  • Based on the status of the shipment, the customer service team will advise the customer.

12. Does Max Optic charge anything extra because of the difference in currency?

  • We do not charge any extra charges apart from the shipping and customs charges.

13. What methods are used to prevent fraud?

  • Order and Payment page are only accessible to registered customers.
  •  All customer accounts are verified during registration process using the activation by email process.
  • All the products are delivered to customers on providing the online invoice generated after successful payment.
  • All the delivery address are recorded in the order history and verified before delivery by our respective departments.

  • Enter your email id below Join our Mailing List at the right bottom of the page.
  • Click "Subscribe".
  • You are subscribed now.

15. Does the customer have to pay any extra cash to the delivery man while receiving the order?

  • No the customer need not pay any extra cash to the delivery man. Your payment for your order is complete when you order online on our website.
  • However, if the delivery man refuses to give you the shipment without any payment, please contact our customer care team immediately to fix this issue.

19. When can I request a refund under the Guaranteed Genuine Program?
 
You can request a refund if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
 
  • The products were purchased on imaxxe.com and are included in the Guaranteed Genuine Program 
  • If found, delivered product is counterfeit, IMAXXE TECH FZCO(imaxxe.com) will fully refund the amount paid by the buyer. And as a compensate up to two times the amount of the order placed.
  • The refund request complies with all other relevant rules and policies of IMAXXE TECH FZCO(imaxxe.com).
